| Q15: The projector is not responding to the remote control. |
A15:
- Verify nothing is obstructing the IR sensor on the projector or the remote control.
- Fluorescent lights can interfere with IR devices, check to make sure the fluorescent lights are turned off.
- Make sure to point the remote control at the projector.
- Make sure new batteries are in the remote control.
